Swimfee Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Swimfee. The following terms setup out the Refund Policy between you and Swimfee.
Refunds shall only be issued in compliance with the Meet Entry Terms as set by the Meet Promoter and/or the Swimfee Meet Entry Terms and/or as herewith stated.
Absolutely, no refunds shall be issued for events entered after the Meet Closing Date, events considered as on-the-day entries or for refunds requested after '7(seven) days before' the Meet Closing Date. Refund requests are made by raising a customer service ticket through the Contact Us section of your account which is accessed from your Account Dashboard
Should you be experiencing any issues in receiving confirmation of your Meet Events entered please feel free to contact us by raising a customer service ticket through the Contact Us section of your account which is accessed from your Account Dashboard.
You should however be able to see all of your Meet Events entered on the 'Meets Entered' section of your account which is accessed from your Account Dashboard.
